in order to ensure the installation quality of geothermal floor, there is a set of strict installation standards for the installation of geothermal floor, which mainly imposes strict requirements on the installation environment, installation time and installation process, so as to ensure the overall quality of geothermal floor

III. strict requirements for accessories

another key detail of geothermal floor is the floor mat of geothermal floor. The deformation of the floor mat can drive the deformation of the floor. PVC foam floor mats are slow in heat conduction and easy to age after long-term heating. If the special floor mat for geothermal floor is used, the first is fast heat conduction, the second is environmental protection, and the third is no deformation. Consumers can choose their own way according to their own situation

in addition, when consumers use the geothermal heating system in the second year, they must heat it in stages, gradually increase the temperature, and do not adjust the temperature to the maximum at one time, which is easy to cause floor damage. It is best to use laminate flooring when installing geothermal flooring, because laminate flooring has better thermal conductivity and is not easy to deform after heating compared with solid wood flooring; In addition, the product is relatively thin, generally 8mm thick, with fast heat conduction and energy saving. Geothermal heating has no special technical requirements for laminate flooring. As long as it is a qualified floor, it can be used as geothermal floor pavement

compared with the general composite floor, there are relatively strict regulations on the installation of geothermal floor. If the installation workers have not been trained and the laying method is improper, even if the special geothermal floor is selected, there will be warpage and deformation problems

1. Before the floor heating floor is paved, the ground must be dry (which can be judged by experimental phenomena), and the moisture content of the cement floor should preferably be less than 1.5%; The indoor humidity should not be too high. Whether there is geothermal heating or not, the ambient humidity should be about 60 degrees before and after installation

2. We must find a construction team with professional knowledge of floor heating& ldquo; With three floors and seven installations, the effect of the amateur decoration team is self-evident

3. Before laying the laminate floor, the EPE composite membrane should be laid (the EPE composite membrane must be marked with the words special for floor heating radiation) to isolate the moisture and release the moisture from the surrounding baseboard

4. Keels should not be laid. The small thermal conductivity of air will affect the heat dissipation effect and may damage the pipe

5. The tightness of the floor heating system must be checked before paving

6. When laying the floor, special glue for floor heating must be used to increase the use time and effect. Moreover, this glue basically does not need to worry about the emission of harmful gases

7. No nailing on the ground during construction. After construction, nailing is also prohibited on the ground to prevent damage to the heating coil

8. Leave enough expansion joints between the floor and the wall, and use skirting boards that are thicker than the current general floor

9. Pave the ground and install the skirting board in two times. 48 hours after laying the floor, the skirting board can be made after the glue is completely dry and the fastener is removed

10. The floor can be heated 24 hours after installation
